We approached them to help train our girls in the off season from their sport. Our girls began training with Colin in March and have noted amazing gains already. He has a wealth of knowledge and is exceptionally experienced in athletic development and how to get to the next level. He is also very careful to ensure that all exercises are done correctly, to avoid the possibility of injury. The girls love every session with him and what they see being achieved. He created an online program for me based on what gym equipment my new building facility, and tailored it to my duration limits. The program was extremely effective in improving my strength and cardiovascular fitness, seeing results within 2 months! He also provides video examples of the exercises to help you while training at home.
